The participant sends an email to Pro-Vitaal (contact@pro-vitaal.nl) requesting an appointment for a massage, stating the preferred location/date/time.
Please give a mobile phone number so that you can be contacted if necessary. Regina de Jonge of Pro-Vitaal will respond as soon as possible to your email.

City centre: Visserstraat 49, Mondays and Thursdays (from 4 September)
Zernike: Duisenberg Building, K2.60, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (from 4 September)

Cancelling or rescheduling a massage can be done by sending a mail to the same address (contact@pro-vitaal.nl). Please cancel or reschedule a massage at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.

Half of the costs of a massage will be paid by your faculty or service (payment via BALANS).
Your contribution to a 20-minute massage is € 11 which can be paid in cash on the spot. If you want regular massages, you can buy a Pro-Vitaal ‘strippenkaart’ (stamp card) for 6 (€ 66) or 12 (€ 132) sessions. You will receive an invoice for this. The card will be kept up to date by Pro-Vitaal. Pro-Vitaal will ask you to fill in a form to ensure you receive the correct invoice.
