Only GSMS PhD students (including BCN PhD students) can participate in these courses. Use your P-number to register (ask your Personnel Office).

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your participation in a course, please do so at least 3 weeks beforehand via 'My Courses' at the top right hand corner of the course registration website. We can then offer your spot to someone else who wishes to take the course.

If you cancel within 3 weeks of the start of the course, your potential financial support for conferences will be reduced by € 200. 'No-show' means that GSMS will report to your supervisor immediately and reduce your potential financial support: first time by € 200; second time by another € 400 (€ 600 in total).
