Cancellation procedure

HR-Experts follows the cancellation procedure set out below:

1. If you cancel more than 10 working days before the start of the course you will not be liable for a cancellation charge.
2. If you cancel within 10 working days of the start of the course you will be liable for a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee.
3. The only exception to this is in the case of demonstrable force majeure.
4. If you cancel on the first day of the course you will forfeit the entire course fee, including the costs of any overnight accommodation.
